Nipissing University’s second annual Research Month kicked off today during a launch event held at North Bay City Hall. Throughout the month of March, Nipissing will be hosting a series of events for the North Bay community, designed to highlight the important research taking place at the University.
North Bay, Ont. - Nipissing University celebrated the research contributions of seven of its faculty members who received funding from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) and the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) last year during a Research Showcase held on January 22. The event highlighted eight different research studies that collectively earned $837,535 in funding in 2019
