Nipissing University’s School of Physical and Health Education is seeking qualified course instructors for the 2025 Fall and 2026 Winter semesters.

Qualifications:

• The minimum education requirement is a university degree or college diploma in physical education/kinesiology or a related discipline, with preference given to a post-graduate degree.
• Qualifications and teaching experience specific to the course are required, preferably at the post-secondary level.
• Competence in course planning and delivery, teaching space management, and student evaluation should be provided.

Duties:

• Responsible for all instruction and evaluation for the portion of the course to which they are assigned
• Will be available to meet with students outside of the official classroom time
• Complete mandatory training requirements, review and follow Nipissing University's policies and procedures

We are hiring for multiple courses, including:

Fall 2025

Start Date:September 2025
End Date: December 2025
Location: North Bay
Instructional Hours: A total of 16 hours of instruction over a period of 4 weeks in Fall
 

Winter 2026

Start Date:January 2026
End Date: April 2026
Location: North Bay
Instructional Hours: A total of 16 hours of instruction over a period of 4 weeks in Winter
